About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Pest and Termite Inspector to join our client a well-established, family-owned pest management business servicing the Northern Beaches.
You will be hands-on in the field, carrying out termite inspections and treatments while also taking on additional responsibility supporting the wider team and helping maintain high standards across day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed termite inspections across residential and commercial properties
- Identify termite activity, damage, entry points and conducive conditions
- Prepare professional termite inspection reports and recommendations
- Carry out termite treatments and general pest management services
- Provide customers with professional advice around termite prevention and ongoing management
- Assist with quoting and identifying additional service opportunities
- Support and guide other technicians in the field
- Help maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service
- Communicate with management regarding jobs, customer requirements and team needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
About You
- Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician
- Strong termite inspection and treatment experience
- Relevant pest management licences and qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident working independently and managing your daily schedule
- Comfortable taking responsibility and supporting other technicians
- Strong attention to safety and compliance
- A genuine interest in progressing into a senior or leadership position
- A current NSW driver's licence
