Key Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management & Economics or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Planning experience working on commercial building projects is essential.
• Proficient with P6 or Asta Power Project
• Excellent construction knowledge including understanding of different construction methods, materials and sequencing of work.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
• A proven track record of successfully working on complex, construction projects such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, datacentre, retail or the like.
