This is a role designed around allowing you to focus on Property Management and client relationships, while much of the time-consuming out-of-office work is handled by support staff.
The Role:
- Manage a clean and capped portfolio
- No routine inspections
- Dedicated support with entry and exit inspections
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage maintenance, arrears and general portfolio matters
- Work within an experienced and supportive Property Management team
- Plenty of autonomy to manage your portfolio your way
