- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of just 80 properties
- Manage and guide staff (4 pms)
- No routine inspections
- No Leasing
- VA Support
- Handle maintenance and senior-level property management responsibilities
WHAT’S ON OFFER:
- $105,000 + Super! (on Experience)
- Monday to Friday only
- Work-from-home flexibility
- Mainly inhouse role!

ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Ethical, reliable, and a team player
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration
