The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Leader to take ownership of a premium residential portfolio while supporting the wider Property Management team.
You’ll manage approximately 150 properties across a quality portfolio, supported by a secondary PM, VA and APM, allowing you to focus on high-level client relationships, portfolio performance and team leadership.

The Role
- Manage a premium residential portfolio end-to-end
- Lead and support the Property Management team
- Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee compliance, inspections, maintenance and general portfolio requirements
About You
- 5+ years residential Property Management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Previous leadership or senior PM experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Modern approach to Property Management
- Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE advantageous
