Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- Oversee and mentor a self-sufficient Assistant Property Manager
- Focus on higher-level landlord communication and relationship management
- Manage escalated maintenance and complex tenancy matters
- Prepare and attend QCAT where required
- Conduct occasional property visits as needed
- Progress into a Team Leader position as the team continues to grow
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing complex client conversations
- Leadership or mentoring capability
- PropertyMe experience advantageous
