YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key valued senior RMA , reporting to a top-notch senior RMA/Director, you will love the stimulating challenge +rewards :
- Managing your own immigration files/clients (95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482,191,400,186,408 & 494 -providing full-spectrum advice including: visa options, eligibility,application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies, responding to refusals.
If you desire subject to experience/competency, opportunity to lead/mentor 1-2 migration assistants.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a RMA with a current MARA registration;
- Have MINIMUM 6+ years (or more-seniors welcome) in immigration law specifically with experience with employer sponsored visas (essential).
- Have proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy fast-paced dead-line driven environment providing technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients (essential);
- are proactive, results driven & passionate about making a positive impact on real people’s lives.
