The Opportunity
Join an award-winning Perth luxury residential builder located in the inner-westerrn suburbs, delivering exceptional, architecturally designed new homes valued at $1M–$5M+.

This is a premium opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor who wants to work on genuine high-end custom homes, not volume or project builds.

You’ll manage 4–5 luxury homes at a time, located across the Inner Western Suburbs, working closely with experienced Directors and a high-performing team. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation in the market, this is a business where quality comes first.

About You
You must have proven main contractor/builder-side experience supervising luxury/custom residential new builds.

You will ideally have:

• Main contractor / residential builder experience
• Experience delivering $1M–$5M+ homes
• Proven luxury/custom/high-end residential experience
• Strong client and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects
