To be successful for this role you will have:

• Experience supervising maintenance, construction or housing projects.
• Strong skills in estimating, quoting and tender preparation.
• Experience managing contractors and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of inspections, condition assessments and maintenance delivery.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a current Driver's License.
• Trade qualification and White Card highly regarded.

About the Role:

The Senior Supervisor is responsible for delivering housing upgrade, vacant property remediation, fire recovery and demolition projects across the Mackay region. Working across a diverse portfolio of government assets, you will coordinate project activities, manage trade contractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will prepare estimates and project documentation, conduct inspections and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
