Permanent Full-Time | Multi-State Organisation | NDIS / Disability Sector Senior TA Partner - Permanent - $90k plus super Flexible Working Arrangements

We’re partnering with a growing, purpose-led organisation operating within the disability and allied health sector to recruit an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with operational leaders to support workforce growth across a geographically dispersed business.

Previous recruitment experience within an NDIS environment is a must for this position. You’ll understand the nuances of recruiting within the disability sector, including workforce compliance, screening requirements and the challenges of attracting talent in a competitive market.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of recruitment across allied health, operational and corporate roles, balancing day-to-day delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, disciplines and locations
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
• Developing targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles
• Building proactive talent pipelines, particularly across allied health
• Managing candidate screening, interviews, shortlists, offers and recruitment administration
• Coordinating NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Checks, police checks and right-to-work verification
• Supporting workforce planning, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Maintaining recruitment systems and reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience 

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Previous talent acquisition/recruitment experience within an NDIS environment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
• A sound understanding of recruitment compliance and workforce screening requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with operational leaders
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Experience recruiting allied health or clinical professionals will be particularly valuable, as will experience working across multi-site or geographically dispersed organisations.
