- First point of contact for customers in a service department

Join a well-established multi-franchise dealership group in the Sutherland Shire as a Service Advisor in their recently upgraded service department.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling bookings, advising on service needs, and keeping everything running smoothly between the workshop and front-of-house. The role suits someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers in a relaxed, drive-in setting

Confirming bookings and advising on repairs

Liaising with technicians and parts teams

Managing quotes, invoices, and follow-ups
What we’re looking for:

Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred)

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

Comfortable managing volume and multiple priorities
-
NSW Driver’s Licence required
What’s on offer:

On-target earnings of $85K–$110K
