Our client is an established HVAC provider servicing the Brisbane area. They support both residential and commercial clients with air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs. About the Role
This is a full-time Service Technician role based in Capalaba, Brisbane (QLD). You’ll work alongside the team carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs across a variety of HVAC systems.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain, service and repair HVAC equipment, including ducted, split, package, VRV/VRF systems and chilled water FCUs
- Diagnose and repair faults, and carry out preventative maintenance
- Deliver quality customer service during site visits and service calls
- Complete accurate service records, including parts, labour and recommended work
- Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements, including the correct handling of refrigerants and hazardous materials
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an air conditioning Service Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components across electrical, mechanical and refrigeration disciplines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, documentation and schematics, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Trade qualified, with the ability to travel to client sites around Brisbane
