Job Purpose:
To achieve the overall financial targets in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures by providing superior customer service.
Context:
The position operates within Mister Minit brand. The incumbent has primary responsibility for the achievement and maximisation of financial objectives. The position must comply with all stated Company Policies, Procedures and guidelines on all aspects relating to the shop operation.

Decision-Making Authority
The position is responsible for decision making on;
·Rostering tea and lunch breaks in accordance with company policy
·Compliance with OH&S legislation and Policy.
·Authorise key refunds as per company policy
·Petty cash purchasing decisions
The position holder must consult with the Area Manager on aspects of the role that are not guided by stated policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaining key relationships with Director, Area Managers, Support Office Team, Retail Centre Management & other stores within the retail centers
- Interviewing and selection of shop members and supervisors
- Rostering including all breaks in accordance with Company policy
- Overseeing the performance and quality of services provided by each shop member
- Reviewing the sales performance of shop(s) services and product turnover volume – recommend and undertake repricing valuation or further promote & market underperforming services and products in accordance with market sentiment and profit margins
- Reporting and recommend sales and marketing initiatives
- Recommend staffing and seasonal promotional budget
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure each shop do not undergo any shortages
- Liaising with Suppliers and franchise office for stock ordering and any relevant matters
- Ensure all shop members are aware and in compliance to occupational health and safety regulation as well as Mister Minit’s internal workplace safety and procedure policies
- Training of all shop members & supervisors
- Providing support to franchise owners on all operational and management duties as required.
- Dealing with escalated customer queries and complaints
- Business / TechnicalQualification – Diploma of Business / Management or higher
- Relevant retail management experience
- Track record of leadership and management skills is required
- At least one trade knowledge and experience of our provided services
