Property Network of Australia is seeking a Shopping Centre Manager to join a leading independent commercial real estate agency specialising in retail property, development sites, and asset management. The company is known for delivering expert consultancy and agency services to institutional investors, developers, and private clients across Australia.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail property operations, tenant relations, and facilities management within a shopping centre environment. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of a sub-regional retail asset, overseeing tenant engagement, lease administration, financial reporting, and facilities operations. The successful candidate will drive asset performance and ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day retail property operations and tenant relationships
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports
  • Manage lease administration, including brochures, offers, and disclosure statements
  • Supervise facilities management, contractor performance, and minor capital works
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory, and lease requirements
  • Support marketing strategy and business development initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in retail property or shopping centre management
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MRI and MS Office Suite
  • Sound knowledge of retail leases, tenancy legislation, and facilities management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leaders
