From the first conversation through to quoting, product selection and order completion, you'll be part of the whole customer journey.

THE OPPORTUNITY

If you’re a high-performing salesperson who knows how to build trust, uncover what a customer really needs and turn conversations into sales, this could be your next move.

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Consultant to join our Archerfield team. You’ll work with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers across Stratco’s home improvement range, combining strong sales capability with product knowledge and practical advice.

From straightforward purchases to more complex projects, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey, identify opportunities and help customers make confident decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Understand each customer's project, needs and budget
• Recommend products and tailored solutions
• Provide practical product and design advice
• Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into sales
• Guide customers through selections and purchasing decisions
• Follow up opportunities and build strong customer relationships
• Manage orders accurately from quote through to completion
• Build strong knowledge of Stratco's home improvement range

ABOUT YOU

We're less interested in where you've worked and more interested in how you sell.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Love sales and enjoy achieving a great outcome for the customer
• Build rapport easily and ask great questions
• Enjoy helping customers work through options rather than simply taking an order
• Are confident discussing products, design, budgets and alternatives
• Take ownership of opportunities and follow through
• Have strong attention to detail and can confidently learn new systems
• Enjoy learning technical products and turning that knowledge into simple advice

Experience in the building supply industry or showroom sales would be highly regarded.

You don't need to know our products on day one. If you know how to connect with customers, understand what they need and confidently sell a solution, we can teach you the rest.
