Your new company
Are you an experienced Site Foreman or Site Supervisor with a strong background in commercial electrical construction? This is an opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial and luxury high-rise residential projects across Sydney.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and delivery teams, you will play a key role in leading site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating daily site activities and electrical installation works
Leading and managing site labour, subcontractors and trades
Driving programme outcomes and ensuring project milestones are achieved
Managing site safety, quality and compliance requirements
Liaising with builders, consultants and key stakeholders
Monitoring productivity, resources and site progress
Conducting site meetings and resolving project challenges proactively
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand within commercial electrical constructionProven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or residential projects
Strong understanding of programme management and site coordination
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, builders and project stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tier 2 commercial construction project experience highly regarded
