Site Manager - Katoomba
- Manage day-to-day site operations for a refurbishment project.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain WHS and quality compliance throughout the project.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to deliver a refurbishment project within the hospitality sector in Katoomba. This is an immediate contract role through to May/June with a reputable fitout contractor.
About the Role
You will manage day-to-day site operations in a live environment, coordinating trades and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site works from mobilisation to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Drive programme and ensure milestones are met
- Maintain WHS and quality compliance
- Manage site documentation and reporting via Procore
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fitout and refurbishment projects
- Experience within hospitality projects preferred
- Office fitout experience also highly regarded
- Strong working knowledge of Procore
- Available to start immediately
