About the Opportunity
An established commercial builder is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $1m industrial project in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of smaller projects, coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project outcomes.
With a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects, this builder offers a supportive working environment and opportunities for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion.
   
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain project programme.  
• Oversee structural steel, concrete works, services installation and final finishes.  
• Maintain high standards of site safety, quality and compliance.  
• Manage site inspections, deliveries and subcontractor performance.  
• Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve construction issues and achieve project milestones.  
• Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate site documentation.  

About You:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in commercial construction.
   
• Previous experience delivering industrial, warehouse or commercial projects.  
• Strong understanding of structural steel, concrete construction and general building works.  
• Ability to independently manage subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.  
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.  
• Current White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications.
