Our client is a well-established Brisbane construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial projects across South East Queensland.
With a diverse project portfolio across commercial, health, government, hospitality, retail, industrial and refurbishment, they deliver everything from high-end commercial fitouts through to complex refurbishments and new-build projects.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, working across projects in Brisbane and Brisbane's Northside.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Manage programme, quality, safety and site coordination
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team
- Coordinate consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
About you
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Experience across new builds, fitouts and/or refurbishments
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
- Confident managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Trade or construction qualification highly regarded
- Brisbane-based with the ability to work across Brisbane/Northside projects
