- Oversee day-to-day operations at the Brisbane Calibration Centre while supporting technicians and administrative staff.
- Perform ADAS calibrations and vehicle diagnostics, taking the lead on complex jobs and maintaining quality, safety and compliance.
- Support site performance and customer service, develop team capability, and build relationships with local repair-network partners.

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Brisbane Calibration Centre in Eagle Farm.
This hands-on role combines techn
ical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
- Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
- Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.
- Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
- Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
