We're looking for a trade-qualified Site Manager who wants to take complete ownership of one architecturally designed home from start to finish—not someone who wants to be micromanaged or spend their day filling out paperwork.

You'll be trusted to run your project like it's your own business. From programming and coordinating trades through to client communication, quality control and handover, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and deliver an outstanding result.

You'll also have the backing of a strong office team who look after estimating, procurement, administration and selections, leaving you to focus on what you do best building incredible homes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take complete ownership of your project, including:

• Running programmes and coordinating all trades.
• Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Working closely with clients, architects and consultants.
• Leading site safety and day-to-day operations.
• Solving construction challenges before they become problems.
• Setting the standard on site and leading by example.
• Rolling up your sleeves when required to keep quality high and the project moving.

We're Looking For Someone Who

You don't just supervise builds you genuinely care about them.

You're the type of Site Manager who notices the small details, earns the respect of your trades and takes pride in handing over homes that exceed expectations.

You'll likely have:

• A Certificate III in Carpentry.
• At least 4 years' experience managing high-end custom homes after your apprenticeship.
• Successfully delivered multiple luxury residential projects from start to finish.
• Experience running projects valued at $2M+, with the confidence to take ownership of homes exceeding $5M.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence using construction software and digital systems.
• Your own tools and the willingness to jump in when needed to maintain quality.
