Your New Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from commencement through to handover. You'll be responsible for managing trades, maintaining build quality, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the build process.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
- Exposure to custom, luxury, or high-end residential projects
- Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
