Site Supervisor

- Supervise blending, dispatch, stock handling and site operations.

About the role
Lead day-to-day operations at a Mackay fertiliser distribution centre, coordinating safe receipt, storage, blending and dispatch while supporting maintenance, contractors, seasonal labour and customer delivery outcomes.
Duties
- Supervise daily blending, dispatch, stock handling and site operations
- Coordinate labour, contractors, transport providers and maintenance priorities
- Run pre-starts, manage manning issues and keep production targets on track
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, environmental and permit-to-work standards
- Assist with ship unloading, seasonal peaks and relief site management

Skills & experience
- Hands-on supervisory or leading-hand experience in a production setting
- Manufacturing, logistics, distribution, agriculture or bulk handling experience
- Strong safety focus and confidence enforcing standards
- Queensland manual driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
- Forklift, loader, First Aid, SAP or D365 exposure viewed favourably
