Skillforce Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Skid Steer / Posi Track Operators to join established civil construction teams working across a variety of roadworks, subdivisions and infrastructure projects throughout Perth.

We're looking for skilled, reliable operators who are confident working in busy civil environments, have a good understanding of site levels and can work efficiently alongside earthmoving equipment and ground crews.

About the Role
Working across a range of civil construction projects, your responsibilities may include:

• Operating Skid Steer and Posi Track machinery across active civil construction sites.
• General earthworks, site preparation and material handling.
• Cutting and trimming to required levels and specifications.
• Assisting with road construction, subdivisions and associated civil works.
• Supporting drainage crews with trench preparation, backfilling and material movement.
• Working alongside excavators, graders and other earthmoving equipment.
• Completing daily pre-start checks and maintaining equipment in a safe operating condition.

What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating Skid Steers or Posi Tracks in civil construction.
• Current and relevant Skid Steer / Posi Track operating competency or ticket.
• Construction White Card.
• Previous experience across roadworks, subdivisions or drainage projects.
• Ability to work accurately to levels and follow site instructions.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Clearance if required.
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship.

Highly Regarded:

• Experience in final trim and detailed earthworks.
• Additional plant operating tickets and competencies.
• Experience working alongside drainage and road construction crews.
