    About the role:

    Our client is currently looking for a Speech Pathologist for their Werribee centre. They will also consider someone who would want to work evenings and / or weekends. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals with a variety of communication needs.

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
    • Provide direct therapy services, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training
    • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy
    • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and technology-assisted interventions
    • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary offer. As a new graduate you can receive anywhere from $75k - $85k plus super and as a fully qualified therapist you can receive $90k - $110k plus super.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology
    • Current or eligibility for a membership with Speech Pathology Australia
