About the role:

As a therapist, you’ll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care across multiple service delivery models – including community visits, telehealth, and centre-based services. With referrals from the NDIS, Medicare, and private clients, the role is diverse, mobile, and flexible. When not with clients, you’ll have the option to work from home or from one of our welcoming hubs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and delivering interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities
• Supporting clients to improve function, independence, and community participation within the NDIS framework
• Providing assistive technology assessments and recommendations (as applicable)
• Managing a diverse caseload with timely documentation and report writing
• Meeting clinical KPIs and professional expectations
• Engaging in regular meetings, supervision, and personal development
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders
• Using leading software platforms and tools for streamlined service delivery

Requirements:

To apply, you’ll need to hold or be eligible to obtain the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Eligibility or current SPA registration
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National (and International, if required) Police Check
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
