Steps2Life Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children and adults across Western Sydney. Our clinicians work collaboratively across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Behaviour Support, backed by a dedicated administration team.
Expression of interest
We welcome expressions of interest from graduate, early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists for future opportunities across our North Parramatta, Regents Park and Kingswood clinics, community settings and telehealth. Full-time, part-time and contract arrangements may be considered, with flexible Monday-to-Saturday availability.
The role
Depending on your experience and interests, you may complete communication and swallowing assessments, deliver evidence-based intervention, prepare high-quality reports and collaborate with clients, families, schools, support coordinators and multidisciplinary colleagues. Caseloads can be shaped around your skills and preferred client groups.

You hold, or will soon hold, a recognised Speech Pathology qualification and are eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia. You communicate warmly, work collaboratively and are committed to person-centred, evidence-based care. A Working With Children Check, driver licence and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the caseload.
