About the Role:
Our client is currently hiring qualified Speech Pathologists to join their expanding team in Western Australia. In this full-time role, you'll provide direct therapy services including one-on-one sessions, group programs, parent training, assessments, and report writing. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to helping clients with a range of needs, including developmental delays and disabilities. Flexible workdays and a hybrid work-from-home option are available to support your preferred work style.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Speech Pathology
• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and families
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Confidence in conducting therapy sessions, group programs, and writing professional assessments and reports
