STOCKROOM SPECIALIST - CHADSTONE CONCEPT STORE, VIC (6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate STOCKROOM SPECIALIST to join our brand new Chadstone Performance Concept Store on a FULL-TIME basis (6 months fixed term contract).

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
- Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium Concept Store experience
- Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class concept store experience.
- Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Stockroom Procedures
