Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Belmont store.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident retail leader who loves being hands-on, developing their team and creating a welcoming, personalised customer experience. What you’ll be doing
- Leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build genuine customer connections
- Driving sales, budgets and KPIs while keeping the team motivated and commercially focused
- Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback, encouragement and hands-on leadership
- Creating a positive, inclusive team culture where people feel supported and empowered to perform
- Managing day-to-day store operations, stock flow and inventory processes
- Delivering strong visual merchandising that brings the brand to life while maximising sales opportunities
- Taking ownership of store standards, priorities and overall performance
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- A confident, mature and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to lead an established team
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience driving sales, budgets and KPIs
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop team members, including managing performance conversations when needed
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing stock, store operations and visual merchandising
- A polished personal presentation and the ability to connect authentically with a broad customer base
Experience in a high-volume, outlet or big-box retail environment will be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll bring a solid foundation in retail leadership, the confidence to take ownership and a genuine desire to get the best out of your team.
