Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late nights
Salary: From $65K + super + bonus + staff discounts

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead a high-energy sports and streetwear store at Carousel Shopping Centre in Cannington.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be on the shop floor, connecting with customers, driving sales and bringing the brand to life through your team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver a great customer experience
- Driving sales and achieving store targets and KPIs
- Creating a fun, energetic and engaging store environment
- Connecting with customers who genuinely love sport, sneakers and streetwear
- Coaching your team across customer service, product and sales
- Managing day-to-day store operations, stock and visual merchandising
- Supporting rostering, training and performance management
- Leading by example and getting involved on the shop floor
ABOUT YOU
You’re a natural leader who loves retail, thrives on the shop floor and knows how to bring energy to a team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous Store Manager experience, however strong ASMs and 2ICs ready to step up are encouraged to apply
- A genuine passion for sport, streetwear and fashion
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confidence to lead, coach and motivate a team
- A hands-on approach and strong commercial awareness
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Flexibility to work Tuesday–Saturday, including late nights
- A reliable and committed approach to your roster and team
