Your new role
As Store Manager,you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, leading anddeveloping your team while driving sales and operational performance. You willoversee rostering, stock management, customer service standards and team development,ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers a positive customerexperience.
What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Store Management experience within retail or hospitality
• Proven ability to achievesales targets and key performance indicators
• Understanding of profit and loss management and commercial performance
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and stock control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train and develop staff
• Passion for customer service and leading by example
