About the Client
Our client is an internationally recognised jewellery retailer with decades of heritage, renowned for quality craftsmanship, premium gold and diamond collections and an exceptional customer experience.

About the role
They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Mount Gravatt boutique. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll drive sales performance, mentor a close-knit team and build lasting relationships with a loyal and diverse customer base.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in high-value consultative sales, enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering a luxury retail experience.

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team
• Deliver exceptional one-on-one client experiences from enquiry through to purchase
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding sales results
• Drive store performance while maintaining a premium customer experience
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and daily boutique operations
• Ensure the boutique reflects the high standards of an international luxury retailer
• Create a positive, professional and performance-driven team culture

What you'll bring

• Previous experience within jewellery retail
• Bilingual ideal - Mandarin or Cantonese
• A proven background in premium, consultative sales
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Confidence working with KPIs and driving commercial outcomes
• Excellent relationship-building skills and cultural awareness
• A polished, professional presentation and passion for luxury retail
• Experience selling gold, diamonds or fine jewellery will be highly regarded
