About the Client
Our client is an Australian refrigeration and HVAC industry specialist, supplying world-leading brands and providing equipment and parts for air conditioning, commercial refrigeration and industrial refrigeration.
What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer/Warehouse Storeperson to join their team based in Bowen Hills.
This is a long-term position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Duties will include:
- Accurately quoting and processing sales orders.
- Ensuring orders meet customer requirements, stock availability and pricing guidelines.
- Liaising with warehouse and purchasing teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
- Promoting products and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Performing general warehouse duties, including inventory management, stock replenishment and organising merchandise displays.
- Operating a forklift when required.
What You Will Need
- Driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience using computer systems.
- Forklift licence and experience (desirable, not essential).
- Good physical fitness.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
