About the Client
Our client is a well-established Australian steel manufacturing and processing business supporting the construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Their operations include steel production, metal recycling, processing and distribution, supplying a wide range of steel products for residential, commercial and major civil projects.
Shift structure:
Monday to Friday: 6am 2pm
What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will be working as a in the warehouse onsite and be responsible for the below duties:
- Receive, inspect and store incoming stock and deliveries.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate forklifts to load, unload and transport steel products and materials.
- Conduct stocktakes, inventory checks and maintain stock records.
- Organise and move materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Perform general warehouse labouring and housekeeping duties.
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Forklift Ticket (advantageous)
- Physically Fit
- Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen
