- Manage strata properties in Port Macquarie
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management

- 50% SCHEDULE B COMMISSIONS
- PLUS 20% COMMISSION ON ADDITIONAL IN-HOUSE SERVICES
- 9-DAY FORTNIGHT | EXTRA RDO EVERY 2 WEEKS

ABOUT YOU
- Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
- Strata management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence dealing with owners, committees and contractors
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
