We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in the Western Region working on the Great Eastern Highway Underpass project. Based in Binduli, WA (10km West of the City of Kalgoorlie) this role offers a generous project uplift, attractive DIDO and LAFHA conditions, and the opportunity to contribute to a highly complex infrastructure project.

About the role:

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise structural construction activities across multiple work fronts to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery
  • Work closely with Engineers to develop and implement construction programs, including short-term planning, resource allocation and sequencing of works
  • Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and equipment to maximise productivity and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project scope, specifications and quality requirements
  • Facilitate construction planning through pre-starts, toolbox talks and team meetings, maintaining clear visibility of upcoming works and driving team performance
  • Lead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring site activities comply with WHS, environmental, quality and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate daily records, timesheets and cost information using digital systems to support project controls, productivity tracking and contractual claims

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Relevant Certificate III and IV qualifications (or substantial progress toward completion)
  • Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects, with structures experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills, including delivering engaging pre‑starts and toolbox talks
  • Understanding of WHS, environmental requirements, client specifications and ITP compliance
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and logic‑linked construction programs and assist with detailed programming
  • Competent in managing budgets, supporting engineering forecasts, selecting appropriate plant and using Microsoft Office
