Team leader parks and gardens
- Lead and work alongside a small crew delivering parks, gardens and grounds maintenance across the Northern Beaches and North Shore.
- Coordinate daily schedules and site activities, operate horticultural equipment, and carry out planting, pruning, mowing and edging.
- Maintain safe, efficient, high-quality work while liaising with supervisors, clients and team members.

Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for horticulture, grounds maintenance, and leading crews to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces? We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our growing team across the Northern Beaches/North Shore.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside a small crew undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while leading by example in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising maintenance crews
- Coordinating daily work schedules and site activities
- Maintaining parks, gardens, open spaces, and landscaped areas
- Operating horticultural equipment and tools safely
- Conducting planting, pruning, mowing, edging, and general grounds maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
- Liaising with supervisors, clients, and team members

Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, or equivalent OR 5+ years' experience as a Team Leader in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
- Current Driving Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in outdoor environments
