About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on our Night Shift team at Virginia. This role is all about building capability, coaching and developing frontline leaders, and creating a high-performing culture where teams can thrive. You'll take ownership of operational results, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, people, and performance outcomes are achieved.
What your days look like:
- Coach and develop Level 7 operators and frontline leaders
- Drive line performance across safety, quality, yield and OEE
- Lead team performance, labour planning and payroll activities
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams

- Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or another fast-paced environment
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability
- Experience leading teams through change and driving operational results
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the business
