About the opportunity
We're partnering with a Queensland Government agency to find an experienced Technical Analyst for a large-scale transformation program. The program is replacing legacy systems with a modern, secure Salesforce CRM platform. You'll join a collaborative project team at a pivotal stage and play a key part in the design, build and implementation of the new solution.
What you'll be doing
- Analysing legacy systems and documenting technical requirements, dependencies and constraints
- Documenting system interfaces, data flows and integration points
- Supporting solution design, integration and architecture activities
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications with BAs and SMEs
- Working closely with developers and architects to clarify requirements and support delivery
- Assisting with troubleshooting, defect triage and technical validation
- Ensuring solutions align with performance, security and scalability requirements
What you'll bring
- Strong experience as a Technical Analyst on complex system implementations or digital transformation projects
- Experience with legacy system replacement, modernisation or CRM implementations
- The ability to interpret and document system architecture, integrations and data flows
- Familiarity with modern application architectures (cloud and microservices highly regarded)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Salesforce experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Experience in Agile delivery environments (highly regarded)
- Previous government or highly regulated industry experience (advantageous)
