Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Business Analysts to join a high-profile digital program focused on quality assurance, conformance testing and stakeholder engagement within a complex enterprise technology environment. This role offers the chance to work with a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring digital solutions meet defined standards and deliver quality outcomes.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of conformance testing activities by developing and assessing test cases, guiding stakeholders through testing processes and maintaining detailed records of outcomes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues, manage risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and assess conformance test specifications and test cases.
  • Conduct and support observed testing activities with external stakeholders.
  • Analyse test outcomes and produce accurate, detailed documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and resolve complex issues.
  • Support risk assessment, quality assurance and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist with project planning, reporting and delivery activities.
  • Work collaboratively across business and technical teams to achieve project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing, reviewing and executing test cases.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, testing or audit-related activities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Visio, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within healthcare or highly regulated environments.
  • Exposure to conformance testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale government or enterprise technology programs.
