Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients in the retail sector.
• Deliver on-site installation and maintenance services for air-conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal staff.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all operations.
• Assist in developing technical solutions for customers' specific needs.
• Monitor and improve the performance of installed systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Service Engineer should have:

• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in technical servicing, maintenance, or installation.
• Strong understanding of air-conditioning systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel as required.
