Job Description

• Provide technical support for air-conditioning systems to customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide recommendations for system optimisation.
• Deliver training sessions to internal staff and external customers on system usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and service efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service and technical reports.
• Support the development and implementation of new technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Service Engineer should have:

• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems and related engineering processes.
• Previous experience in providing technical support and solutions within the retail industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
