We’re currently looking for a Strata Manager to join a well-established property business in Surry Hills on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

The Role: 

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of strata matters, including:

• Responding to general strata enquiries
• Managing repairs and maintenance requests
• Responding to emails and phone enquiries
• Setting up and coordinating AGMs
• Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
• General strata administration and support

About You:

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Property IQ experience highly regarded
• Available to work fully office-based

The Details:

Location: Surry Hills – approximately 5 minutes from Central Station
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Working arrangement: 100% office-based
Systems: Property IQ, Windows & Microsoft Office

Employment: Temp assignment with potential to go permanent
