Our Client
Troocoo is seeking an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity within an established procurement team.
The Role
- Paying up to $59.00 an hour plus superannuation
- Woolloongabba location
- Opportunity to go permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and issue RFQs and RFTs for low to medium complexity procurements
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and prepare sourcing documentation
- Coordinate supplier responses, evaluations and recommendations for contract award
- Negotiate pricing, scope and terms and conditions with suppliers
- Support category management team members with basic spend analysis and sourcing activities
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and manage competing deadlines
About You
- Ideally around five years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience
- Experience managing formal RFQ and RFT processes, ideally across the pre award lifecycle
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment would be highly regarded
- Confident supplier negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong written communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Available to start immediately and commit to an initial four week assignment
