Your new role
As a Test Architect, you will play a key leadership role in defining and driving the end-to-end testing strategy for a major enterprise transformation program.You will be responsible for establishing test governance frameworks, developing quality assurance standards, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple integrated systems and delivery streams. Working closely with program stakeholders, architects, vendors, and project teams, you will provide testing expertise throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the overall test strategy and test architecture
- Defining quality standards, test governance processes, and release readiness criteria
- Leading test planning across system, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing phases
- Supporting a large-scale PEGA implementation and associated integrations
- Driving automation and continuous testing practices
- Overseeing data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Providing guidance to delivery teams, test leads, and stakeholders
- Managing risks, dependencies, and quality outcomes across the program
- Supporting performance, security, and non-functional testing activities
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Youll also need to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience as a Test Architect on large enterprise transformation programs
- Strong experience developing enterprise-wide test strategies and governance frameworks
- Proven experience supporting PEGA implementations or other large-scale workflow and case management platforms
- Strong background in integration, system, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with test automation frameworks and modern delivery practices
- Knowledge of data migration, validation, and reconciliation testing
- Experience working across complex multi-vendor environments
- Experience within government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
