We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers with TMI 2 or TMI 3 qualifications for ongoing casual work across roadworks, construction projects, and major events.

💰 Casual Pay Rates

$37 - $67 per hour (depending on qualifications, experience and shift)

Your Responsibilities

• Safely control traffic using a Stop/Slow Bat
• Set up, implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Install, maintain and remove traffic signs and equipment
• Direct vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists safely around work sites
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks
• Conduct site safety checks and hazard assessments
• Report hazards, incidents and near misses
• Follow site procedures and instructions from supervisors
• Work safely as part of a professional traffic management team

What You'll Need

✅ Current Traffic Management Tickets (TMI 1, TMI 2 or TMI 3)

✅ Construction White Card

✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

✅ Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport

✅ Ability to travel to various work locations

✅ Reliable, punctual and safety focused

✅ Physically fit and able to work outdoors

✅ Full PPE and willingness to complete site inductions
