Join C&K Charleville Community Kindergarten as a Trainee Educator and begin your journey into Early Childhood Education and Care. No previous experience is required. We'll support you every step of the way as you gain a nationally recognised qualification while building valuable hands-on skills in a welcoming and supportive team.
As a Trainee Educator, you'll be employed while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, learning alongside experienced educators who will mentor and encourage you throughout your development.
- Part-time fixed-term contract for two years
- Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 3:15pm
- Earn while you learn as you complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- A willingness to commence studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (we will cover the costs)
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card (we will cover the costs)
- A Police Check current within three months or willingness to obtain one. (we will cover the cost)
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
