Key Responsibilities
Perform both local and long-distance runs
Load, restrain, and transport various types of machinery and equipment safely
Complete electronic and physical pre-starts, safety checks, and paperwork
Assist with general labor duties, such as loading/unloading and site preparation
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of vehicles and worksites
Comply with all relevant transport legislation and fatigue management regulations
Troubleshoot and perform general maintenance on equipment as needed
Essential
Valid HR/HC class truck driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous logistic and transportation experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overnight
Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
Desirable
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle repairs
Experience with various earth moving equipment
Capability to handle necessary paper work
