The Role

FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an Truck Jockey / Offsider / Labourer to join our client that specialises in the Windows & Doors industry. This opportunity is located in Ormeau and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the assembly of aluminium windows, doors, screens, and fittings to meet quality standards.
  • Support the installation of window and door frames on residential and commercial sites.
  • Complete measuring, basic glazing, and general assembly tasks as required.
  • Safely use hand and power tools to assemble and install products.
  • Perform manual handling and heavy lifting of windows, doors, and materials.
  • Load, unload, and secure products for transport and delivery.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Valid White Card
  • MUST be able to complete and pass a Drug & Alcohol screen along with a Police Check
  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting throughout the day
  • Previous experience in assembly, glass handling, cabinet making, carpentry, or similar trades
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Safety-focused and compliant with procedures
